Anson: And you speak to a parent, you know, theyre doing the same thing. So heres the advantage of this. I love the accountability of it. Shes the woman that wrote Grit.. And what I love about its ultimate theme, its basically doing well by doing good. Paraphrase, and obviously were bringing in our culture. Then finally, its their soccer success. Hes an unbelievable man, but hes incredibly demanding.. You are definitely an inspiration. At the end of that exercise or drill or game or race or this or that, or the other thing, everyone is ranked. And of course hes nodding and hes not contradicting anyone. How do you win their trust? And then basically getting their personal narrative to the truth and my opinion, those are the three most critical things about what my responsibility here is for these wonderful kids I get to train. To live the core values is incredibly challenging because this is a review of their character. I mean, I absolutely hate it. Of course were all excited by huge talent and so the temptation is always to recruit talent.
