The west is a mess and quickly drops away forcing you to gate out one way or another. This place isn't bad for everyone else in general and is much easier to get to than Ashengate, so it might be a good alternative. Just places that are more or less easy. Make sure you clear both the left and right sides of the first courtyard. The very best stuff is random world drops from Empires of Kunark mobs, with nameds dropping them more frequently. The center of the zone is all undead. You can use the find command (CTRL + F) to locate such vendors.
